For either a fixed cost (per session) or a one off annual fee, I can offer remote access to help diagnose, and where possible, fix any issues you may be having directly over the internet or telephone!

Fixed cost - £20 (per session) *£10 discount given from next invoice if problem can't be solved during the session and I'm required to attend the problem at your home- payable via paypal. Full years cover for just £99 one off fee! * Limited to 2 sessions per month which do not carry over. Extra sessions can be purchased at a discounted rate, if required.
